Emerson is a diversified global manufacturing and technology company.  The company offers a broad range of products and services in the areas of network power, process management, industrial automation, climate technologies, as well as software tools and storage solutions. Emerson is recognized widely for their engineering capabilities and management excellence, with approximately 127,700 employees and 240 manufacturing locations worldwide.


Emerson needed a consulting and technical services company that was comfortable with enterprise integration and managing global deployments, specifically around Oracle's cloud CRM products. They needed to rapidly deploy Oracle's Cloud CRM in both single and multiple instances across the enterprise including Emerson Network Power, Embedded Computing & Power, Control Techniques, Liebert, Marine Tank Management and Daniel. The solution needed to integrate with in-house developed and COTS systems (e.g. Oracle EBS and Eloqua) allowing Emerson to capitalize on existing technology investments. Finally, Emerson wanted to support internal users as well as customers in disconnected, web-based and mobile environments.


Eagle Creek demonstrated our enterprise CRM experience in functional and technical areas, as well as the expertise needed to succeed in complex system and data integration. Eagle Creek was able to scale the teams, as required, delivering the flexibility to meet Emerson's changing requirements.
