IBM Corporation is an American multinational technology and consulting company, with headquarters in Armonk, New York. IBM manufactures and markets computer hardware and software, provides advisory services, and offers infrastructure, hosting and other solutions in areas ranging from mainframe computers to nano technology.


IBM needed a partner with in-depth and broad Siebel skills for one of the world's largest, most complex CRM projects that would eventually migrate over 60,000 field users. They needed a partner who had experience in enterprise level global engagements, a scalable model and that could integrate with their in-house teams. IBM had an aggressive schedule and did not possess the internal capacity for the project.


Eagle Creek provided the necessary experience, expertise, flexibility, and scalability. We delivered the solution on time, and in budget through the use of Eagle Creek's U.S. Onshoring model. We provided teams with diverse skills in various roles including teams of data and project architects, data migration specialists, 24×7 post-production support and testing professionals. Eagle Creek's team coordinated with the client's internal architecture and development teams to better manage parallel releases. We successfully participated in, what remains today, one of the worlds largest CRM projects.
