BancVue is an existing user of Marketo and required Eagle Creek to provide experienced Marketo Consulting resources to work onsite and remotely, to assist in implementing Marketo Workspaces and Partitions, and to implement new Programs and Campaigns, Landing Pages and email Templates for new programs, for a number of their Financial Institution customers.


The Eagle Creek team conducted a Discovery workshop  to determine detailed requirements, and developed a project Blueprint Design for the BancVue B2B team. The team establish the necessary integration with the SugarCRM and set up the appropriate Lead Assignment Rules, Lead Alerts and Lead Scoring to meet the requirements.  The team created, and implemented Outbound Programs / Campaigns using Marketo and implement daily and weekly reporting needed to monitor and track the programs and campaigns status.

The project was implemented using a combination of onsite resources and resources located at the Eagle Creek Technology centers. The team consisted of Architects,  Consultants,  Developers and a Project Manager.
