Project: Implementation / eConfigurator (with Quote, Order, Catalog)
Industry/Company:
Technology / Fortune 100 Business Services Co.
The client needed a highly
qualified team to implement
Siebels eConfigurator and integrate it with the eSales Quote, Order and
Catalog modules. Clarity, simplicity, and ease of use were essential so that
the client's global customer base could order properly configured
technology products over the web.
The client's risk was significant. If the job was done poorly, customer
questions during the ordering process and customer complaints,
returns and replacements after wrong orders were delivered would
incur major financial and customer dissatisfaction costs for the
client.
The client needed a partner who understood the business issues, had deep
Siebel expertise, and who could execute the project cost-effectively.

Project:
Upgrade
/ Siebel Financials (6.2 to 7.7)
Industry/Company:
Insurance / Fortune 1500 Insurance Company
The client had committed to a
massive
Siebel upgrade project. But their trim IT staff was rooted in older
technologies. This limited their ability to execute the upgrade
with in-house staff.
To compound the difficulty, the current system was running too
slow due to excessive scripts and overly complex configurations.
Documentation was poor...or stored in somebody's head. An
inept upgrade would further degrade performance, usability
and customer service.
Management had aggressive milestones for completion
they needed to integrate several businesses they'd acquired. The company needed an affordable, high-quality Siebel
partner. more |

Project: Analytics
/ Customer Service Dashboards
Industry/Company: Aerospace
/ Fortune 500 Manufacturer
The
client required a Siebel partner with strong expertise in Siebel
Analytics and extensive experience in system integration.
The partner would also need the business knowledge to understand
how to translate the client's customer data into dashboards that
would enable management to proactively pinpoint customer
services problems before they happened.
The client had already hired and fired two other major
Siebel providers who were unable to properly understand and meet
their business needs. They needed someone who could get it
right.

Project: Upgrade / eConsumer Goods (7.0 to 7.7)
Industry/Company: Food
/ Fortune 1000 International Food & Beverage Co.
The client had limited
internal expertise with Siebel applications and needed to
upgrade their eConsumer Goods. While the upgrade was in
process the partner would have to develop custom enhancements and
integrate them into both the new and old versions of the
application.
They needed a
partner who could handle the complexity of doing the upgrade while
simultaneously supporting the ongoing enhancements to both the
current system and the upgrade.
The client was on a compressed
schedule and had a tight
budget. They were
also concerned about security
they didn't want offshore delivery. more |

Project: Implementation
/ Sales Force Automation
Industry/Company: Technology
/ Fortune 100 Software Services Co.
The client needed a team of 40
consultants
with diverse Siebel skills for a large, complex CRM project that would migrate over 60,000 field users to SFA
over a 2 1/2 year period.
The client had a very aggressive schedule and didn't have the
internal capacity for the project. They needed an affordable
partner who could 1) provide the levels of expertise required, 2)
quickly scale up and immediately integrate into the
client's in-house team, and 3) commit to a long-term engagement.
