Objective:
As a result of growth Independent Health has multiple, disparate systems, data warehouses and data marts. User groups within Independent Health require access to data across multiple sources for operational and reporting purposes. Independent Health created a business vision to create a 360 degree view of the stakeholder (Members, Providers and Employers). IT developed a roadmap to implement an Enterprise-wide strategy to create a MDM/UCM like infrastructure to support the new business vision. These efforts required multiple initiatives including a major re-write of the existing Siebel Application to use more out of the box functionality, an implementation of CTI/IVR, the creation of a single view of the Member, and Email Campaign Management. Independent Health needed a cost-effective, capable business partner to assist in this multi year effort, as well as to provide future maintenance and enhancement support
Solution:
During the past six years Independent Health has leveraged Eagle Creek’s on-site / off-site model to build a “virtual team” to work on multiple CRM project including enhancements, implementation of new modules, and version upgrades. The virtual teams have been made up of senior level functional and technical resources, complimented by offsite consultants based out of either the Valley City, North Dakota or Pierre, South Dakota Project Centers. Project teams are assembled on a flexible scalability basis specifically predicated on IHA’s evolving business requirements. Based on the enhancement work load these teams have flexed between two and fifteen. With each engagement, team members accumulate Independent Health specific experience with technologies, processes, environments and general operations. Independent Health retains this intellectual capital by recycling / re-assigning team members to new Siebel enhancements and initiatives.
