Ken has 32 years of experience in the application software and service industry. Ken joined Eagle Creek in 1999. Prior to joining Eagle Creek, he was President of a Silicon Valley Front Office service company. And formerly had been President of an Indian offshore services company that provided resources to the Fortune 2000. Ken’s previous experience also included being CFO and Managing Director of International Operations for Lawson Software, one of the leading ERP applications company. While at Eagle Creek, Ken developed the first U.S.-based onshore CRM services model that competes against offshore on price while offering the same quality of services as onsite consulting. This model is financially supported by the State of North Dakota and the local community. Ken resides near Minneapolis, MN and holds an MIS degree from Western Illinois University.

Terry has 30 years of extensive hands-on software and system implementations experience in the application software and services industry. He first joined Eagle Creek in 2000 and is responsible for Services Delivery in the Oracle/Siebel Health Care & Life Science industries. In the USA, prior to Eagle Creek, he was Vice President of International Operations for a global Application Performance Management systems vendor and before that he was VP of Services for a Silicon Valley CRM Implementation Services company. Previously, he worked in Europe with major international software vendors: Lawson Software (VP-International Services) and Walker Interactive Systems (VP Sales and Services), where he headed up their international operations, software consulting, implementation and support operations. During his time with these companies, he was actively involved in and responsible for the delivery and ongoing support of many hundreds of software application implementations around the world, for major global enterprise organizations in the HealthCare, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas industry sectors. Terry holds a BSc in Applied Chemistry from Brunel University and also previously worked as a Management Accountant in the National Health Service in the UK.

Kevin has 29 years of experience in the application software and service industry. Kevin joined Eagle Creek in 1999 and is responsible for sales and delivery in the Southeast. Prior to Eagle Creek, he was the Vice President of Sales for a Silicon Valley CRM service company. He has also served as Managing Director of Europe for a retail software company that was acquired by SAP, as well as European Director of Sales and Alliances for Lawson Software. Kevin resides in Charlotte, NC and holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University.

Bob has 30 years of experience in the application software and service industry. Bob joined Eagle Creek in 1999 and is responsible for sales and delivery in New England and Canada. Prior to that he was a Senior Account Executive for a Silicon Valley Front Office service company. He has also served as a Regional Sales Manager for several large application software companies. Bob resides near Providence, RI and holds an economics degree from Holy Cross.

Dan has 28 years of experience in application implementation and data warehouse/analytics. Dan joined Eagle Creek in 2004 and is responsible for sales and delivery in the West, as well as Analytics Practice Lead. Prior to Eagle Creek, he was the Sr. Practice Director for Siebel Telecom, Practice Manager Data Warehouse Oracle, Practice Lead Data Warehouse IBM and Sr. Manager Deloitte Consulting. He has also served as software engineer for multiple Fortune 1000 companies. Dan resides in Denver, CO and holds a BA in Computer Science from Arizona State University.

David has over 21 years of experience in application software and software development as well as experience in application implementation. In addition, David has hands-on software and system implementations experience in the application software and services industry. David joined Eagle Creek in early 2010 and is responsible for the Project Center in Valley City, ND. Prior to Eagle Creek, he was a Program Manager and Technical Analyst for the AOC responsible for the development and deployment of the Case Management Systems for the State of California’s court systems. David resides in Fargo, ND and plans to pursue his MBA at Colorado State University.
