Onsite delivery is a critical component of any Siebel project.  Without a strong onsite team, the opportunity to deliver portions of a Siebel project in alternative ways is compromised.  Successful delivery of any offshore or offsite engagement requires some level of expert onsite presence.

Eagle Creek has over a million hours of onsite Siebel  experience.  We send quality, experienced consultants who know how to engage with a client and can determine and participate in the most efficient route to success.

Onsite delivery allows the highest degree of interaction between your team and ours, and between our team and your physical environment.  It's the preferred choice when this level of interaction is called for.

Our onsite consultants also manage aspects of the project which are done remotely — typically, about one onsite consultant for every 4-5 offsite or offshore consultants. This maximizes your control of the work while easing the burden of communicating directly with the remote team.
