Testing

Phase I – Test Plan Development Review

Phase I will be interacting with the customer’s test team and setting the testing portion of the project expectations. We will review the communication plan,the project plan that is specific to testing, testing development time table, deliverables from both the customer and Eagle Creek and acceptable timeframes for those deliverables.

Phase II – Test Data Gathering Sessions

There will be a pre determined number of data gathering sessions for testing to collect requirements. Length of the session will be determined by the test plan and availability of customer process expert resources. Documents used for collecting the required data needed for the test development will be reviewed in a web session with the customer. The customer will be responsible for all subject matter experts required to document a specific customer process. The customer will also be responsible for delivery of a valid test data set.

Phase III – Pre Testing Review

There will be a single session to review the customer specific test plan and test scripts. EC will deliver the finalized test plan and test scripts documents prior to the beginning of the session and will use these documents to review the proposed testing phase of the project. Upon completion of this session formal signoff of this phase will be required prior to the beginning of testing phase.

Phase IV – Testing

There will be a number of predetermined test sessions to fulfill the requirements identified in the test plan. Eagle Creek will provide a method to track any or all required changes to the configuration. Upon completion of this session formal signoff of this phase will be required.

Training

Phase I – Training Plan Development Review

Phase I will be interacting with the customer’s training team and setting the training portion of the project expectations. We will review the communication plan, the project plan that is specific to training, training development time table, deliverables from both the customer and Eagle Creek and acceptable timeframes for those deliverables.

Phase II – Training Plan Data Gathering Sessions

There will be a pre determined number of pre training information gathering sessions for training team to collect requirements to complete a training plan. Length of the session will be determined by the detail level of the training plan and availability of customer training team resources. A training plan will be developed to reflect the customer’s custom training needs and it will be based on the customer’s custom configuration.

Eagle Creek will use a standardized approach to developing the training plan. The customer will be responsible for any modifications to the standard approach. The customer will also be responsible for delivery of a valid training data set.

Training course materials will be based on the User Acceptance Test plans developed during the testing phase of the project.
