Phase I – Data Mapping Review

Phase I will be interacting with the customer’s data team and setting the data import expectations. We will review the communication plan, the project plan that is specific to data import, data importation time table, deliverables from both the customer and EC and acceptable timeframes for those deliverables.

Phase II - Data Cleansing

There will be a pre determined number of data gathering sessions per data source. Length of the session will be determined by the complexity of the data cleansing rules and availability of resources. Documents used for collecting the required data needed for the custom development will be reviewed in a web session with the customer. The customer will be responsible for all third party system resources required for any data requirements sessions.The first session will be to review the data cleansing process and start the collection of the required information for the data import. The next session will review the rules defined for data cleansing.When the sessions for the data cleansing have been completed an email conformation from the customer will be required to move to the next phase.

Phase III – Data Import Rules

There will be up to three sessions to import the data into the customer’s configured instance of OOD. The first session will be to review all the data imported and make any adjustments to the data importing rules defined. The second and potentially third sessions will be the final data imports on the customer’s data. Upon completion of this session formal signoff of this phase will be required.
