The services discussed here are provided by Eagle Creek to enhance the customer’s implementation experience and decrease the level of resource effort/potential issues around the implementation.

Phase I – Custom Development Review

In the first Phase, Eagle Creek interacts with the customer’s custom requirements team and sets the custom portion of the project expectations.

The team reviews the following: communication plan, the project plan that is specific to custom development, custom development time table, deliverables from both the customer and Eagle Creek and acceptable timeframes for those deliverables.

Phase II - Data Gathering Sessions

There is a number of pre determined number of data gathering sessions per custom requirement. Length of those sessions will be determined by the complexity of the required tasks and availability of resources. Documents that were used for collecting the required data needed for the custom development will be reviewed in a web session with the customer. The customer will be responsible for all third party system resources required for any data requirements sessions.

Phase III – Pre Customization Review

There is a single session to review all the data gathered specific to the customer’s custom configuration. Eagle Creek delivers the finalized custom development document prior to the beginning of the session and will use this document to review the proposed custom configuration.

Phase IV – Customization Review

There is a single session to review all the data gathered specific to the customer’s custom configuration. EC will incorporate the custom developed piece prior to the beginning of the session and will do the actual review on the item in the system.
