Phase I – Overall Project Review (Kick off)

Eagle Creek consultants interact with the customer’s configuration team and set the project expectations. We review the communication plan, project plan, project time table, and deliverables from both the customer and Eagle Creek perspective and agree acceptable timeframes for such deliverables.

Phase II - Data Gathering Sessions

During the project there is a pre determined number of data gathering sessions. The length of these sessions is determined by the project size. Documents used for collecting the required data needed for the implementation are delivered to the customer prior to each session.

Phase III – Configuration Mock Up Sessions

There is a pre determined number of mock up sessions per project. The documents used for the layouts of screens have the default layout for existing screens and a general layout based on the data collection documents for new screens completed by the team.

Phase IV – Pre Configuration Review

There is a single session conducted to review all the data gathered specific to the customer’s configuration. Eagle Creek will deliver the Configuration

Design Document prior to the beginning of the session and will use this document to review the proposed configuration. Upon completion of this session formal signoff of this phase is required to kick off the actual system configuration.

Documents used for collecting the required data needed for the interface are delivered to the customer prior to each session and reviewed during the sessions. The customer is responsible for all third party system resources required for data sessions.

The first session is to review the approach and start the collection of the required information for the interface. The next session is to review the interface specification developed by Eagle Creek for validity and completion.

Phase III – Interface Development

Eagle Creek resources develop all interfaces to the customer approved interface specifications captured in the previous sessions.
